Miguel Lozada, a born and raised Puerto Rican, currently runs the Partnerships Dept at Elgato where he’s helped build up their Partnership Program that has become one of the most pursued program to be apart of in the content creation space. Long before coming to Elgato Miguel was a Full Time content creator and marketing consultant in the gaming industry. Both which he still does today but at a lower scale. Considering his experience in various marketing parts and industries he’s look to for advice and current marketing trends.

Rocio Almanza Guillen

Rocío Almanza Guillén oversees the creation of games and digital content for the animated series Alma’s Way and Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood. She is a bilingual specialist in design for learning with a focus on children and their families. Prior to joining Fred Rogers Productions, her vast experience included product management, production, creativity, and strategy for educational and non-profit organizations such as the Joan Ganz Cooney Center at Sesame Workshop, Discovery Kids México, and more. Rocío has served as a consultant on programs such as Girls Inc. of Metro Denver, STEMblazers, the National Center for Women & IT, and TECHNOLOchicas. In one of her previous roles, with the support of the World Bank, Rocío created the communication strategy ¡Vas!, recognized as one of the 20 Best Practices in Public Policy for the Youth in Ibero-America by OIJ, PNUD, UNFPA, CEPAL, and UNESCO. Rocío holds a B.A. in Communications and Journalism from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, with a specialization in Social Education from Universidad de Sevilla, and an M.A. in Digital Media Design for Learning from New York University.

A game developer who specializes in narrative design, implementation, and programming. Jarory inspires his colleagues and next generation developers through collaborative projects and teaching game development. As a developer he’s worked on properties such as Madden, Marvel, and Star Wars as both a Narrative and Technical Designer. He dedicates his spare time to a Hip Hop RPG which he describes as a passion project. He has participated in multiple game jams including global game jam and train jam. As a developer of color, he seeks to amplify minority voices through inclusive design, unique perspectives in narrative, community service, and activism. Jarory is also a community organizer for Black in Gaming (BiG) and a member of the Latinx in Gaming community.

Coraly Rosario is a Puerto Rican, senior UX designer with 8+ years of experience working on games, apps, and web products. She’s currently at Niantic LA where she is also a co-lead of Nianticos –Niantic’s Latin American & Hispanic ERG– coordinating opportunities and events as well as collaborating with other ERGs and non-profits.
She’s also the Vice-president of the Puerto Rican Game Developers Association (PRGDA), an initiative focused on growing and supporting the game dev community in Puerto Rico and beyond. As a diversity, inclusion, and belonging advocate, she’s actively involved in creating opportunities for underrepresented communities to find careers in the game industry.

Carlos Lopez
Lead Social Media Manager, Skybound Games

Carlos has worked in and around the video games industry for ten years. A former video producer creating video content (Square Enix, Capcom, Nintendo) as well as a Community Manager for (NHN Entertainment, Funktronic Labs) and currently Lead Community Manager at Skybound Games.
On occasions, he curates indie video games at Giant Robot Gallery. His curation have been featured on Kotaku, Destructoid, GoNintendo, LA Weekly, and the LA Times and has also been featured at galleries including JANM (Japanese American National Museum) and OMCA (Oakland Museum of California).
