I’m an electronic engineer, I’ve been working in programming since 2009, I started working on videogames on XNA, in which I made game prototypes to learn how to make them, so I trained for 3 years.
In 2012, a partner at the time showed me Unity3D and I fell in love with that tool, so I started developing prototypes on it and Making promotional video games for banks that were interested in strengthen their brand. At that time, I had difficulties finding illustrators and animators, but there were not many candidates who shared my vision; there was plenty of talent but no budget, so I started studied illustration and animation. In 2013, I thought it was better to work on our own Ips so I made several simulator games.
I took me some time to think about what I really wanted to do, in 2017 I decided to launch a video game of my own authorship, which portrayed a dualism between platformer and adventure games, with the stamp of my own work printed in the illustrations and animations. To give live to this idea I looked for new partners and we created the company “Dark Quixote Studio”.
This has been a journey of hard work and finding partners who shared my passion for video games. Thanks to it Ha_bits emerged, which is inspired by the loneliness and nightlife.
